A simulation company made customer sandboxes faster to create and validate

The challenge

An advanced simulation company builds environments for customers in fields such as banking and healthcare. Each environment needs to reflect a different business, technology stack and set of scenarios. As customer needs change, the sandbox has to change with them.

What we built

OpenFactoryAI worked with the company to create a repeatable process for building, validating and tuning each sandbox against the customer’s requirements.

The team also worked on how to evaluate agents trained in those environments. The evaluations had to fit each customer’s scenarios and account for the different starting levels of both agents and people.
