What a seat includes

Everything on the floor, for one person.

The openFactory desktop application. Local-first, on your machine. Your repositories and your code never have to leave it.
Coordination across vendors. Plan one outcome, delegate it across Stations from different vendors, and keep human authority explicit at every hand-off.
The checker on a different payroll. The check pass is enforced in the harness, and never assigned to the vendor that wrote the diff.
The evidence ledger. Append-only. Every assignment, every verdict, every human decision — inspectable after the fact.
$20 in preloaded credit. For the third coding agent, the one we operate. Promotional credit; it has no cash value and ends with the subscription.
Updates for as long as the seat is active. Including new Station types and new vendor integrations as they ship.

What you bring

We coordinate agents. We do not resell them.

Your own vendor subscriptions. Claude Code, Codex, or whichever agents you already pay for. openFactory coordinates them; it does not resell them.
Your own credentials. Configured locally. Requests go from your machine to your vendor, under your account, on your terms.

Currency

US dollars. Paddle may present your local currency at checkout.

Tax

VAT, GST, and sales tax are calculated, collected, and remitted by Paddle as merchant of record.

Renewal

Monthly, automatically, at the then-current price for your seat count, until you cancel.

Cancellation

Any time. Takes effect at the end of the current period. No further charges.

Refunds

Seats are non-refundable, with the statutory exceptions set out in the Refund Policy.

Price changes

At least 30 days’ notice by email before a change applies to your subscription.

Billing questions

Who actually bills me?

Paddle. Paddle.com Market Ltd is our merchant of record — they are the seller on your invoice, they process the payment, and they calculate and remit VAT, GST, and sales tax in your jurisdiction. Kalmantic never sees your card number.

Is the price per user or per company?

Per user. A seat is for one named individual and cannot be shared or used concurrently by two people. You can reassign a seat when someone leaves the team.

Can I add or remove seats mid-month?

Yes. Paddle prorates the difference — added seats are charged for the remainder of the period, removed seats reduce the next invoice. Removing a seat does not refund the current period.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then and you are not billed again. We do not prorate or refund partial months — the full policy is in the Refund Policy.

Do I need two subscriptions?

The two you already pay for. The third vendor coding agent is ours and comes with $20 in preloaded credit. What you are buying is the disagreement between them.

Is tax included in the $100?

Prices are in US dollars and exclusive of tax unless your checkout shows a tax-inclusive total. Paddle determines the correct treatment for your country and shows it before you pay.
