The challenge

Healthcare teams already relied on models to process images and voice. The challenge was bringing those signals together with language models in a workflow that could help clinicians respond to patients sooner.

OpenFactoryAI worked with a healthcare customer to combine these capabilities. The team focused on reducing the time to diagnosis and response, easing the review workload for doctors, and surfacing obvious issues that might otherwise be missed.
